Hi again
.
I recently contacted you regarding help on a lady called Gladys Haynes on Wyatts Lane. I have now found out she lived at 98 Wyatts Lane and the home was called Woodland. She was called Gladys Anne Haynes but was not married but just had taken her chap’s name which was Stephen Haynes.
.
She was born Gladys Anne Burton – she died in 1965 but we have no information other than she was cremated – we do not know where.
.
But now I have her name and address I would love to know absolutely anything about Woodland House or Gladys, also where she was cremated.
.
If anyone can help please contact me via email on hayleymeredith21@hotmail.com
.
Thank you.

Hayley Meredith.

Hi
.
I know this is a long shot but worth a try – I’m looking on behalf of my uncle for his aunt.
.
He is 81 now and I’d like any information – her name was Gladys Green but supposedly married into the name Burton. She was supposed to be running a guest house in Northwood in Cowes but came from Birmingham to run the guest house.
.
It would have been late 1940s-50s – any info please email me at hayleymeredith21@hotmail.com
.
Also I think it was on Wyatts Lane and the guest house was called something like a flower name her name was Gladys Burton after Green and we believe she was with a Steve in the IOW as her husband died just before she left Birmingham.
.
l’ll try anything I can to help my uncle.
.
Thank you in advance.
.
Hayley Meredith.
