.
HALL REPORT – Mary Chick said that bookings were going well and that a number of bookings for 2016 had come in.
.
The rambles will start again in March (weather permitting) ending with a pub lunch.  Anyone who cannot do the walks if they like, can meet up with the ramblers at the chosen pub.
.
Hopefully there will be an outing this next year, suggestions were Hever Castle and Chichester Canal.  A decision will be taken next year.
.
We then had a break for tea which was an American tea.  There was a lovely selection of food members had brought in.  There was also Apple and Orange Fruit Juices and Sherry for members to enjoy throughout the afternoon. Not sure if any ladies went home merry!!! Joyce Mace and Judie Medway-Gash volunteered to do the washing up.
.
Competition Results – There were no entries for the Best Garden Bloom and only one entry for the Mince Pies which were brought in by June Thistlewood, so obviously June came 1st!!!
.
After Tea, Sally Martin gave a demonstration of 2 Christmas Floral Decorations.  They were lovely and Sally made it look so easy to do.  These were raffled off at the end of the afternoon. The vote of thanks was given by Judeth Baker.
.
Our next meeting will be on 7th January.  Our speaker is Janet Price and the subject is “My Life with a Guide Dog”.  Competitions are for a Pretty Scarf and Best Garden Bloom.
.
Wishing everyone a Happy Christmas, Fay Bunday closed the meeting at 4pm.
