FIGHT FOR THE WIGHT

The Isle of Wight County Press and Isle of Wight Council have teamed up to launch a petition to government, calling on them to look again at the way the Island is funded. This builds upon the lobbying the council has undertaken to date and the ongoing representations that are being made to government.

The campaign is an opportunity to get the whole Island community involved in making the case to government that the Island is different, unique and that it needs more support.

The campaign is asking you to sign the petition and show your support for the Island’s future.

Please also encourage your neighbours, friends and family, or anyone you know with an interest in the Island’s future to get involved, by signing the petition.
