Cowes Heritage Annual Exhibition

The Annual Exhibition by Cowes Heritage entitled ‘The Development of Somerton Airfield’ will significantly feature BAE Systems, (previously Plessey Radar and Decca Radar) including the many community, sport and social activities of the company and employees.
.
Also featured is Reader’s Lampshade factory which, at one time, was based at the Airfield.
.
The Exhibition runs from Saturday 22nd October – Sunday 13th November 10am – 4pm daily with FREE ADMISSION.
.
Please note our venue this year is The Fastnet Media Centre which is opposite Day Lewis Pharmacy and is set back from the High Street.
