MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF NORTHWOOD CIVIC PARISH HELD AT NORTHWOOD PRIMARY SCHOOL, WYATTS LANE, NORTHWOOD ON TUESDAY, 2 MAY 2017, COMMENCING AT 6.15 PM

 

 

Present:
Cllr Chris Riddet – Chairman, Northwood Parish Council
Mrs Barbara Herbert – Clerk
2 Members of the public

1. Election of Chairman for the meeting – Cllr Chris Riddet, the Chairman of Northwood Parish Council was elected as Chairman of the meeting

2. Welcome by the Chairman and to receive any apologies for absence
Apologies were received from Cllr Paul Fuller.

3. The Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 3 May 2016
The Chairman, Cllr Chris Riddet advised that the Minutes had been confirmed at the meeting of the Parish Council on 5 July 2016, without comment.
The Chairman was duly authorised to sign them as being a true record of the meeting held on 3 May 2016..

4. Invitation to those local parishioners present to raise any matters considered to be of relevance to the parish
No matters were raised

 

 

There being no further items of business the Chairman declared the meeting closed at 6.17 pm
