FREE Living Well service celebrates anniversary success

Staff from a FREE voluntary sector self-help service are celebrating a successful first year after helping 1,574 islanders.
.
The Living Well Approach launched in 2017 to support islanders aged 18+ with multiple low level needs. This service focuses on early prevention, to safeguard against minor difficulties spiralling into crisis.

The project is funded by IW Council, and delivered by four organisations: Age UK IW, Carers IW, People Matter IW and The Way Forward Programme.
