NORTHWOOD VILLAGE PRODUCE ASSOCIATION

NOTICE OF WINDING-UP

The members feel that the time has come to wind up Northwood Village Produce Association because of dwindling interest and membership.
.
If any constituted group is interested in holding Shows or taking over the running of the Association, please inform the Secretary, Val Gladdis on Tel: 01983 472583, by 31st December 2019.
.
If no interest is forthcoming an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held before the end of February, at which the association will be officially wound up; all assets will be liquidated and/or given to charitable organizations having similar objectives.
