NORTHWOOD ALLOTMENT ASSOCIATION
Northwood Allotment Association have had a busy and productive summer.
In July they held an Open Day to mark the first anniversary of the association forming and the plots being dug. The day was a great success and raised just over £60 that was donated to Northwood Primary School for their allotment which was in turn donated to the school when the association formed.
September saw the annual weigh-in of the Marrow Growing competition held at the Horseshoe Inn. The event raised £75 for the Earl Mountbatten Hospice.
