‘Spring Forward’ and ‘Fall Back’ – that’s one way to remember which way to change the clocks. This year we ‘Spring Forward’ early Sunday morning 29th March – so remember to put your clocks forward one hour, officially at 1.00am GMT (2.00am BST) or for some of us that will be before we go to sleep on Saturday night.
The rule is British Summer Time begins on the last Sunday in March and ends on the last Sunday in October.
