Parish Plan Launch

More than a hundred people attended the launch at the WI Hall, where they enjoyed free refreshments and every attendee was entered into a free Raffle with over £250 of prizes.
Amongst those who attended were Cllrs Roger Mazillius & Jilly Wood, Estelle Thomas from the Rural Community Council, our local Police Sergeant, Beat Manager and P.C.S.O. from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary and The Rev’d Lyn McRostie.
Members of the Northwood Village Management Committee and Northwood Community Partnership were also on hand answering questions from villagers, many of whom made very favourable comments on the layout and content of the Plan document.
The Parish Plan is a ’living’ document which can and will be changed as events demand.
A big thank you to those who gave so much time to produce this document and a big thank you to those villagers who gave their time to attend the launch. Also special thanks to the W.I. for their excellent refreshments.
