You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Northwood Village Management Committee to be held at Northwood County Primary School, Wyatts Lane, Northwood on Tuesday 4^th December 2007 at 6.45pm (to allow 15 mins. for viewing of the planning applications) for the purpose of transacting the following business.

The meeting of the Management Committee will commence immediately after the Public Forum which will begin at 7pm for duration of 15 minutes if necessary. There will be an opportunity to ask questions of members of the Management Committee.

NORTHWOOD IN BLOOM

To consider and agree the transfer of £800 (identified in the budget review) to the Community Partnership as donation towards Northwood in Bloom for 2008.

To discuss the effectiveness of the scheme and the scope of enforcement.

FUNDING REQUEST FROM NORTHWOOD PLAYGROUP

To consider a request from Northwood Play group for funding towards shading over the sand pit, approximately £200 (follow up from last month)

FUNDING REQUEST FROM NORTHWOOD SCHOOL

To consider a request from Northwood School for support towards the School’s Armistice Day Lunch (follow up from last month)

FUNDING REQUEST FROM THE SUPPORTERS OF NORTHWOOD

To consider a request from The Supporters of Northwood for a donation towards replacement wood chippings in the playground of Northwood Primary School.

INCREASE IN BUS SERVICE

To discuss the increase in the bus service along Wyatts Lane with regard to the effect this has on residents.

NORTHWOOD COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP

To receive and consider a report from the Northwood Community Partnership.

To formally adopt the Parish Plan and discuss ways to take forward the actions detailed within the Plan. To also consider the options for the remainder of the Parish Plan funds.
