NORTHWOOD PARISH COUNCIL
Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held at Northwood Primary School, Wyatts Lane, Northwood, Isle of Wight on Tuesday, 18 November 2008, commencing at 8.00 pm.
Present: Councillors Peter Brooker (Chairman), Colin Cramp, Paul Fuller, Roger Mazillius, John Pullen
There were no members of the public present.
14. Apologies
Apologies had been received from Cllrs Ely, Palmerton and Turner- Palmerton.
RESOLVED :
THAT the apologies received be recorded as being approved reasons for absence.
15. Minutes of the meeting held on 21 October 2008
RESOLVED :
THAT the Minutes of the Meeting held on 21 October 2008 be confirmed as a true record and that the Chairman be authorized to sign the Minutes on behalf of the Planning Committee.
16. Declarations of Interest
There were no declarations of interest made at this stage.
17. Town and Country Planning
To give consideration of the following applications received and to make comment in accordance with the guidance for material planning considerations listed at http://www.iwight.com/council/departments/planning/appsdip/MakingCommentsInfo.aspx

RESOLVED :
THAT no material planning objections were raised.
There being no further items of business, the Chairman closed the meeting at 8.02pm.
