You are hereby summoned to attend an Extra-ordinary meeting of Northwood Parish Council, to be held in the *School Hall at Northwood Primary School, Wyatts Lane, Northwood, Isle of Wight on Tuesday, 15 March 2011 commencing at 6.30 pm for the transaction of the business set out in the agenda below.

To consider the following application received and make comments in accordance with the guidance for material planning considerations listed at

TCP/30450 Somerton Garage, 258 Newport Road, Cowes, PO31 – Use of existing garage forecourt for car washing by hand.
4. To consider the Letter from the IW Councils Public Transport Officer, Mr Martyn Mullins, regarding the current local bus service contract and to identify any local unmet public transport needs .for September (Paper A)

PUBLIC SPEAKING
In accordance with Standing Order 27, any member of the public wishing to speak on an item on the agenda may speak at a Council meeting at the start of the agenda item for a period not exceeding 3 minutes.
