All over Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, parishes and groups of churches are getting together to pray for their communities for an entire week between 21st and 27th May 2006.
The week will start with a service at Northwood Parish Church at 6.30 pm with the Gospel Singers incorporating the Cowes group ministry.
Northwood Church has decided to pray for our prisons and will be praying non-stop for 12 hours on Tuesday 23rd May from 8.00 am until 8.00 pm.
Volunteers are needed and can put their name on the list in church for a 15-minute time-slot. You do not need to be in church to pray – it can be done from home or even at work.
If you would like any more information please speak to the churchwardens, Anne Brooker or Peter Lambert.
