The meeting of the Planning Committee of Northwood Parish Council to be held in the Northwood Primary School, Wyatts Lane, Northwood, Isle of Wight on Tuesday, 18 October 2016 commencing at 6.30 pm, for the transaction of the business as set out in the agenda below.
AGENDA
1. To receive and approve any apologies for absence
2. To receive any declarations of Members’ interests and Requests for Dispensations on items forming the agenda.
3. To confirm the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 1 August 2016 (Paper A – Approved at the meeting of the Parish Council on 6 September 2016)
4. Town and Country Planning
a. To consider the following planning application received and make comments in accordance with the guidance for material planning considerations listed at

i. TCP/31184/F 58 Pallance Road, Northwood – Proposed two detached dwellings with integral garages and formation of vehicular access
ii. TCP/31184/G land adjacent to 62 Pallance Road, Northwood – Variation of condition No 2 on TCP/31184/D to allow alterations to the elevations for plot 2 (revised scheme)
iii. TCP/10406/C Rose Cottage, Pallance Lane, Northwood – Demolition of garage; outline for detached dwelling with parking
b. To note the decisions taken by the Local Planning Authority since the last meeting of the Parish Council
i. LDC/12766/B 222 Newport Road, Northwood – Lawful Development Certificate to establish compliance with Condition 4 of TCP/12766A/C/7936 to establish legal commencement of works for this development;
ii. TCP/14203/J Chawton Farm, Chawton Lane, Northwood – Variation of Condition 6 on P/01483/12 – TCP/14203/E to provide a time limit for ecological monitoring
PUBLIC SPEAKING
In accordance with Standing Order 27, any member of the public wishing to speak on an item on the agenda may speak at a Council meeting at the start of the agenda item for a period not exceeding 3 minutes.
When a ‘Group’ of members of the public wish to speak on an item, they will, subject to the Chairman’s discretion be required to nominate a representative who may speak for a maximum of 3 minutes.
It would assist the smooth running of the meeting if you would advise the clerk prior to the start of the meeting of your wish to speak.
