CLOCKS GO BACK TONIGHT

‘Spring Forward’ and ‘Fall Back’ – that’s one way to remember which way to change the clocks. This year we ‘Fall Back’ early Sunday morning 26th October – so remember to put your clocks back one hour, officially at 1.00am GMT (2.00am BST) or for some of us that will be before we go to sleep on Saturday night.
The rule is British Summer Time begins on the last Sunday in March and ends on the last Sunday in October.
