Newport Jazz Club – Jazz at the Apollo

This concert sees the welcome return of Nette Robinson and Tony Woods accompanied by the Phoenix Modern Jazz Trio. They will be giving a programme of your favourite standards, ballads and swinging numbers as well as some of their special arrangements. With this in mind, there will be on sale a limited number of CDs that Nette had recorded some time ago with Phoenix (At a bargain price for Christmas!)

This will probably be our last concert this year until our big restart in January 2017 by the complete Digby Fairweather Quintet (Jan 22nd).

The books many of you ordered at the last concert (Simon Spillett) have been ordered and will be available soon.
