European Bat Weekend 2007

The August Bank Holiday weekend (24-27 August) has been chosen as this year’s European Bat Weekend.
A quote from the organisers:
‘The celebratory weekend is being organised by the Bat Conservation Trust in an effort to help people understand more about these amazing, but often misunderstood, little mammals’.
Local events have been organised, but sadly I can’t see anything listed for the island.
