Welcome Service for new members of parochial ministry team.

The Revd Keith Adlam and Lay Minister Rita Goddard were welcomed, licensed and commissioned by the Archdeacon of the Isle of Wight, The Venerable Caroline Baston, acting on behalf of the Bishop of Portsmouth, The Rt Revd Dr Kenneth Stevenson. The Rector of Northwood, The Revd Lyn McRostie, preached at the service which was also attended by clergy, other ministers and parishioners from the parishes of Binstead and Havenstreet where Keith and Rita had previously served. Following the service refreshments were provided at the Northwood WI where Keith, his wife Joan and Rita were able to meet many of those who had come to welcome them.
