Did you know that the church building needs to be kept at a minimum temperature of 10°C at all times to protect the 12th-century building?
Although the heating system we have can currently achieve the 10°C, it can no longer heat the church to a comfortable 18°C for services.
We feel that in order to protect our building for our future generations, baptisms, weddings and funerals we need to be proactive and act now to replace the heating system before it is unable to maintain the necessary 10°C.
The PCC is currently investigating the options available and seeking advice from the diocese.
If you would like to contribute towards a new heating system at Northwood Church please visit ‘Give A Little’ on the following link to make a donation, no matter how small. Thank you in anticipation for your kind gift.
