Thanks to everyone who entered the competition this year and especial thanks to the winning photographers: Cynthia Morris; Carol Flux; Edwina Abrook and Emma Abrook.
The photographic competition attracted over 170 high quality entries which gave our judge, Richard Mann, quite a challenge in his bid to select the ‘calendar 12’. I think he’s done a super job and you’ll be impressed with the finished product.
The overall winning photo of racing Fastnet yachts off Gurnard was taken by Cynthia Morris and is featured in August.
We are getting ready for next year’s competition. The theme is ‘Photos with a humorous twist’ and can be a photo which captures a moment of humour or a photo digitally enhanced to raise a smile. Application forms will be available from December 2010.
