NORTHWOOD COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP REPORT

At our last Residents Event for 2017 we had a very interesting talk from Dee, who is a Community Nurse from the Earl Mountbatten Hospice. She told us that anyone can go to the Cheverton Centre any time as they have a café and shop. They do a very good Sunday Roast!! She gave us a very good insight into the work done at the Hospice.

As stated in the last edition, our Christmas Lunch is arranged for Tuesday 5th December 2017 at 12.15pm for 12.45pm at the New Holmwood Hotel In Cowes.

We will not be holding our normal Residents Event in December.

Our Residents Events for 2018 are as follows:

November 21st

These are at the Northwood W.I. Hall at 2.30pm.

On behalf of the Northwood Community Partnership I would like to wish all Residents a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

The next meeting of the Northwood Community Partnership will be held on Tuesday 16th January 2018 at 7pm in the Travellers Joy, Pallance Road.
