NORTHWOOD COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP REPORT

About three years ago the Partnership had an idea to run a monthly Residents’ Event, to bring together residents for an afternoon. Thanks to funding we have been able to continue and everyone enjoys meeting up with old friends and making new friends. The talks have been very interesting and informative. Hopefully, we will be able to continue and perhaps obtain more funding.

The gardens and the flowers in the troughs and planters have been very beautiful during the summer and have made the village look very attractive. Thanks to all those who helped to keep them tidy. They will be replenished with autumn plants during this month.

The Community Partnership would welcome anyone who has a little time to spare, to help with the Residents’ Events and the gardens. If you would like to assist, it would be greatly appreciated, please contact any of the above telephone numbers.
