NORTHWOOD COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP REPORT

I hope that you all had an enjoyable Christmas and New Year.

As stated in our last report the Residents were looking forward to their Lunch at the New Holmwood Hotel. This was a great success – 25 Residents and friends thoroughly enjoyed their Lunch.
.
We also said that we were very hopeful of keeping our monthly events going, but the main problem was funding. The Parish Council has funded the cost of the hire of the hall for the year. This is due to the support of John Pullen and Paul Fuller and our thanks go out to them. So we can continue our events.

Our next Residents’ event is on
Wednesday 17th February 2016 at 2.30pm in the W. I. Hall.

Why not come along and see us at our Residents Events. We are always pleased to see new faces.

You may have noticed that a flower trough was damaged at the Horseshoe, but I am pleased to say that it has been replaced and replanted. So the village is still looking good.
