The last Residents Event was very interesting and enjoyable. Tom came along and gave a talk about keeping fit. He demonstrated some easy exercises that can be done by most of us in the comfort of our home, which will keep our circulation going and our muscles supple.
.
As the weather is getting warmer (and hope it will stay for a while), the Safer Neighbourhoods Team is giving a reminder about being observant and keeping all doors and windows locked when no one is at home. Also if you are out in your back garden, make sure your front door is secure.

Our next Residents Event is on
Wednesday 18th May 2016
at 2.30pm in the W. I. Hall.

Why not come along and join us. It is a chance to meet old friends and also make new ones.

in the Travellers Joy Public House, Pallance Lane.

Anyone who would like to join us and help to keep the events and floral decorations going in Northwood would be very welcome. We do not ask for a great deal of your time, but every little helps.
