1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

No declaration of interests were made.

2. PLANNING APPLICATIONS – REPORT FROM SECRETARY

The Secretary reported that he had not received notification of any planning decisions. The Secretary further reported receipt of a letter from Mr and Mrs Patey of 14 Oxford Street, Northwood expressing concern about their experiences in dealing with the Isle of Wight Council Planning Department in respect of proposed alterations to their property.

RESOLVED: That Mr and Mrs Patey be advised that the Management Committee looks at all planning applications in Northwood on their merits and also that meetings of the Management Committee are open to the public.

3. PLANNING APPLICATIONS – FOR CONSIDERATION

Planning Application TCP/01518/F, P/01633/06 – Retention of two dwellings with conservatories and fencing at 4 and 4a Wyatts Lane, Northwood for Mr Brady and Mr Gilbert.

RESOLVED: That consideration of this application be deferred to the next meeting to allow further information to be obtained from the Planning Department.

There being no further business the Chair declared the meeting closed at 8.07pm
