Natasha Lambert has started on her biggest and toughest challenge to date.

Explore the Miss Isle website to follow Natasha’s progress – she will be sailing from Cowes around the South Coast of England and across to Wales.

Her route will take her from Cowes to Wales via Poole, Weymouth, Exmouth, Dartmouth, Salcombe, Plymouth, Fowey, Falmouth, Newlyn, Padstow, Illfracombe and Swansea.

Once she has arrived in Wales she will leave her boat and climb Pen y Fan, the highest mountain in South Wales using her specialized walking frame.
